About the
Community Manager
Pickle Haus is Pune's fastest-growing pickleball and padel community. From grassroots leagues to the Haus Padel Cup, we're building something real — and we need someone to help us tell that story.
As Community Manager, you'll own our social presence, organise events, engage members, and be the connective tissue between the Haus and its people.

What You'll Do
- Manage and grow Instagram, WhatsApp communities & other social channels
- Plan and execute community events, tournaments, and brand activations
- Create engaging content — reels, stories, match highlights, player spotlights
- Onboard new players and keep members engaged between sessions
- Work with sponsors and partners to drive brand collaborations
- Track community metrics and report on growth KPIs monthly
